Worcestershire or Worcester sauce, pronounced “wooster or woostershire”, is a rich tangy yet sweet sauce often used in Asian cuisine and Barbecue meals. It’s sour flavor is usually mixed with sugar or honey for that perfect balance. Worcester sauce can be used as a soy or oyster sauce substitute as they are similar in flavor and color. Worcestershire sauce becomes thick the longer you cook it which gives your protein a nice sticky coat.

This recipe uses the Mr. Sauce Worcester Sauce and was absolutely perfect.
