ROSEMARY INFUSED RICE

Ingredients

  • White Rice

  • Fresh Rosemary

  • Garlic

  • Onions

  • Spice for Rice

  • Butter

  • Lemon

Cooking & Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, melt some butter on high heat.

  2. Finely chop two cloves of garlic and 1/4 onion.

  3. Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until tender and browned.

  4. Add your uncooked rice about 1 cup and stir.

  5. Add 2tblspns of spice for rice.

  6. Add 1 1/2 cups of water then add 1tbspn or rosemary.

  7. Finish off with some lemon juice and stir.

  8. Bring to a boil until rice is fully cooked.

This rice is delicious on its own. Doesn’t always need any accompaniments.
