ROSEMARY INFUSED RICE

Ingredients
White Rice
Fresh Rosemary
Garlic
Onions
Spice for Rice
Butter
Lemon
Cooking & Preparation
In a saucepan, melt some butter on high heat.
Finely chop two cloves of garlic and 1/4 onion.
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until tender and browned.
Add your uncooked rice about 1 cup and stir.
Add 2tblspns of spice for rice.
Add 1 1/2 cups of water then add 1tbspn or rosemary.
Finish off with some lemon juice and stir.
Bring to a boil until rice is fully cooked.
This rice is delicious on its own. Doesn’t always need any accompaniments.
