ROSEMARY & GARLIC FILLET

Ingredients

  • Fillet Steak

  • Fresh Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Black Pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

Cooking & Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven at 230•C

  2. Wash your steak thoroughly and remove all excess fat.

  3. Pat down the steak with a clean kitchen towel.

  4. Place your steak onto a baking tray/roasting pan.

  5. Season each side of the steak well with salt and pepper.

  6. Chop 3 cloves of garlic and sprinkle on top of your steak.

  7. Add two stems of rosemary to your steak.

  8. Put your steak in the oven for 45-50 minutes.

  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes to keep those juices inside!
