ROSEMARY & GARLIC FILLET

Ingredients
Fillet Steak
Fresh Rosemary
Salt
Black Pepper
Olive oil
Garlic
Cooking & Preparation
Preheat your oven at 230•C
Wash your steak thoroughly and remove all excess fat.
Pat down the steak with a clean kitchen towel.
Place your steak onto a baking tray/roasting pan.
Season each side of the steak well with salt and pepper.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic and sprinkle on top of your steak.
Add two stems of rosemary to your steak.
Put your steak in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
Let it rest for 10 minutes to keep those juices inside!
