LEMON ROASTED LAMB

Ingredients

  • Lamb pieces

  • Large lemon

  • Oregano/Origanum

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Olive oil

  • Thyme

Cooking & Preparation

  1. Preheat oven at 200•C

  2. Wash your lamb thoroughly and remove any unwanted fat.

  3. Dry the lamb with a paper towel.

  4. Season each side of the lamb with salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and paprika. About 1tspn each.

  5. Once seasoned, place the lamb onto a roasting tray.

  6. Chop up about 4 garlic cloves and toss into your tray.

  7. Take one large lemon and squeeze juices onto your lamb.

  8. Slice some lemon wedges and scatter them onto your lamb.

  9. Top it off with some fresh thyme and then pop your lamb into the oven.


Lamb is a tender And flavorful protein and goes well with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors.
