LEMON, GINGER & MAPLE ICED TEA

An easy, refreshing, delicious and super healthy drink for everyone to enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
Moringa Lemon and ginger tea bags
Fresh lemons
Maple syrup
Ice cubes
Fresh Mint
Water
Cooking and Preparation
Add 2-3 tea bags to boiling water.
Once your tea starts boiling add 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup, lemon juice from one lemon and thrown the lemon rinds in as well.
Leave to boil for 5 minutes and take of the stove.
Let cool for 10 minutes before putting it in the fridge.
Leave in the fridge for at least an hour and serve with lemon slices and mint.
Adjust sweetness levels accordingly.
