Fish parcels are everything, you throw in all your vegetables, spices and things come together in the oven. A hassle free meal.

I used Schweppes Soda Water to keep the vegetables vibrant and crunchy on the outside and soft and buttery on the inside. The soda water also made the fish extra flaky which was perfect. Soda water may not particularly have a flavor but it made such a huge difference in this dish!
If you decide to make this dish, I’d recommend you add soda water!
INGREDIENTS
Hake fillet
Fish spice
Black pepper
Garlic
Soda water
Butter
Carrots
Green beans
Lemons
Cooking and Preparation
Preheat oven to 230•C
Line your baking tray with foil and baking paper. The foil should go underneath the baking paper. Make sure the foil and baking paper are big enough that you’re able to make a pocket.
Add your green beans, carrots and your fish.
Season with pepper, fish spice and fresh garlic.
Squeeze half a lemon over the fish and vegetables.
Add 2 Tbsps cups of soda water.
Add 1 Tbsp of butter and fresh dill.
Fold the foil and baking paper and make sure the filling doesn’t spill out when cooking.
Bake for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked.
Serve with a side of your choice!
Enjoy!
