CREAMY TOMATO SOUP

Ingredients
4-6 Large Tomatoes
Garlic
1 Onion
Parsley
Salt
Ginger
Preparation & Cooking
Wash the tomatoes and one small onion and place aside in a bowl.
Take two cloves of garlic and a small piece of ginger.
Place the tomatoes, onions, garlic and ginger in a blender.
In the same blender add parsley and a pinch of salt. Top it off with some olive oil and fresh cream. For extra flavor add fresh red chili.
Once blended, place the mixture into a medium pot or saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add more fresh or heavy cream for that creaminess and thickness. Milk will do at this stage.
Add salt to taste.
