CREAMY TOMATO SOUP

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Large Tomatoes

  • Garlic

  • 1 Onion

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Ginger


Preparation & Cooking

  1. Wash the tomatoes and one small onion and place aside in a bowl.

  2. Take two cloves of garlic and a small piece of ginger.

  3. Place the tomatoes, onions, garlic and ginger in a blender.

  4. In the same blender add parsley and a pinch of salt. Top it off with some olive oil and fresh cream. For extra flavor add fresh red chili.

  5. Once blended, place the mixture into a medium pot or saucepan and bring to a boil.

  6. Add more fresh or heavy cream for that creaminess and thickness. Milk will do at this stage.

  7. Add salt to taste.
