Fish has lemons, lamb has mint, beef has pepper. We can safely say Pork has apples.

Pork and apples is a famous combination in British and Spanish cuisine. This dish will have you feeling like you’re dining in a five start restaurant. Definitely the best pork you’ll ever have.
I used Appletizer to enhance the apple flavor. The appletizer also gave the pork a sweet and sticky flavor and feel. The combination of ‘sweet’ from the appletizer and the ‘spicy’ from the black pepper is perfect. To take things to the next level, I made a caramel apple sauce using apples, appletizer, cream, cinnamon and sugar. This sauce is everything and it’s a perfect pairing for this sauce.

Wash your pork chops and pat dry with a paper towel.
Season your pork chops individually with salt, pepper and Italian herbs.
Once your pork is seasoned, transfer to your roasting pan.
Sprinkle your diced garlic over your pork chops.
Add olive oil and 1/2 cup of appletizer.
Add sliced apples to the pork and roast for 25 minutes before turning.
At your 25 minute mark add another 1/3 cup of appletizer and let the pork broil until cooked to your desired doneness another 25 minutes should be enough.
Serve immediately with a side of your choice.
